- No less than 10 years experience in supply chain processes, including strategic sourcing, contracting, and procurement of IT related products/services.
- eProcurement, Auctions/eRFX, and spend analysis experience important.
- Management and leadership experience critical.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation, complex deal structure and contracting skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel. Strong skills in problem solving, dispute resolution, and negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of current market / industry trends.
- Business, Information Technology or Supply Chain degree.
- Demonstrated leadership and enthusiasm towards transformation initiatives.
- Ability to be effective in a changing environment.
- Ability to travel no less than 25%.
