    Outsourcing Journal has posted a nifty little piece about an application development project assigned to an Indian firm, where 80 percent of the code developed didn't meet client standards. Rather than abandoning the relationship, here's what the client did:

    • Cranked up its attention and effort on specs and reviews.
    • Assigned somebody in India to oversee the project.
