ACS is seeking a service delivery manager in Kansas City to provide day-to-day operations management and leadership. The focus of this position is managing the delivery of outsourced services to the client, ensuring excellent levels of customer service. From help desk to network management to data center operations, you interface with different business platforms/towers, regularly to provide strategic process improvement recommendations.
Change Management: you will add significant value by forecasting changes in the business environment, charting how those changes will affect the client's requirements for service, and guiding the implementation of the resulting changes, and application of ACS Best Practices.
Project Management: when special and large projects that span multiple service groups arise, you will lead them to timely completion and effective implementation.
Management: Identify and resolve technical issues in coordination with other support personnel including researching and reporting by way of a problem tracking systems and software package.
Education and Typical Years of Experience
Bachelors degree/technical certification in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of IT management and/or operating experience at the management level.
Special Requirements
Experience in outsourcing/consulting desired.
