A short piece by Paul McDougall in the March 7, 2005 issue of Information Week says that EDS has turned a corner with its win of a $4 billion contract to modernize the UK's defense information systems last week. "EDS Back on Course?" quotes an analyst as saying that EDS "has gained a lot of unique insights in how to manage a project of this scope," from wading through its ongoing $6.9 billion efforts to modernize the US Navy.
