Rajesh Dhuddu heads up pre-sales and new product development for Gurgaon, India-based AuxiCogent BPO Solutions, which is pioneering new service lines, geographies and business models. He has worked in the BPO and telecomm industries for 10 years, performing in domains encompassing global project management, product development, business intelligence and mergers & acquisitions. Previous engagements include Tata Group and Apollo Hospital Group. He is credited with playing a lead role in setting up two large contact centers in offshore (India) and rural shore (United States) environments. He also led integration teams in a number of pre and post merger activities, including business valuation, financial and legal, technology, human resources, due diligence, contract negotiations and finalizations and board-level presentations for an international acquisition in the online travel vertical.
Rajesh is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Business Excellence Model Assessor assessing two large multimillion-dollar turnover companies on leadership and operational aspects. He enjoys working with cross-cultural teams and has traveled extensively for both business and leisure.
