The IDC Outsourcing Forum West takes place January 30-31, 2006 in Santa Clara, CA. The agenda hasn’t been posted yet, but here’s what the Web site says:
The program covers "macro" BPO issues including offshore sourcing strategies, managing the complexities of multiple outsourcing engagements, and best practices and lessons learned from mature BPO deals. The 2006 Forum will also focus more heavily on the unique challenges of BPO within Procurement and F&A.
The East coast event is scheduled for March 28-29, 2006 in New York City. This one will focus especially on business process outsourcing strategy and BPO for financial services.
