HRO Today has just published a list of the top 13 service providers that offer “full-service” workplace screening. This encompasses: “checks, credit checks, reference checks, physical security, drug testing, technology services, consulting, data and network security, security monitoring, and security training and staffing.” According to the article, about 83% of the magazine’s readers use or are considering using an outside company to handle this employee filtering process.
The top three companies ranked by annual revenue (I believe) are:
1. General Information Services (GIS)
2. TALX Corp.
3. USIS
