Bank Workers in India Threaten Strike To Fight Outsourcing

    Now, here’s a kick in the pants — and evidence that workers feel threatened by the concept of outsourcing no matter where they live.


    According to a brief report in the Kaumudi Online, bank employees across India may go out on strike in May, if the All India Bank Employees Association  and the All India Bank Officers Association have their way. Apparently, they want to protest "the Reserve Bank’s order asking nationalised banks to outsource jobs."
