Sourcingmag.com is in the process of running a survey to evaluate the impact IT workers face as a result of job transfers mandated by outsourcing initiatives in their companies. Results will address how honest and upfront executive leadership is about the decision to outsource; how compensation and benefits are affected by such a transfer; and what advantages and disadvantages there are to working for the service provider vs. the company doing the outsourcing.
This survey is intended to be answered by individuals who have been transferred from a company or other type of organization to a service provider as part of an IT outsourcing contract.
