    Stephen Guth has experience with TCS, Satyam and Syntel, and was Director of Outsourcing at Ryder System, Inc. in Miami, Florida.
     
    Stephen has over 12-years of negotiation experience, domestically and internationally, as both a buyer and a seller, and has worked for Ryder System, Dell Computer, and Aflac Insurance. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and is a summa cum laude graduate of Saint Leo University. He also received a Master’s Certificate in Commercial Contract Management from George Washington University. Stephen is a Certified Commercial Contract Manager, Certified Purchasing Manager, Certified Technology Procurement Executive, and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.
     
    Stephen has been featured in CIO Magazine and RE Magazine for his concept of supplier relationship management and he has authored articles on contract negotiations and patent law. He is the author of "The Contract Negotiation Handbook: An Indispensable Guide for Contract Professionals" (available at www.lulu.com/content/1615610) and "The Vendor Management Office: Unleashing the Power of Strategic Sourcing" (available at www.lulu.com/content/1346743).
