According to this posting on cmc, research firm AMR analyst Bruce Richardson is mapping out a "doomsday scenario, circa 2010," in which SAP and Oracle customers start moving to low-cost India- or Eastern Europe-based integrators to replace their ERP behemoths with business process services.
My question is this: Why will it take so long?
